Ingredients:
2 lbs. chicken legs (or breats)- skin legs
12 oz. bottle of Zesty Italian dressing
Put chicken in a large bowl and cover with dressing. Make sure to cover all the legs with dressing. Place in refrigerator over night.
Bake on a flat sheet at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes or until done.

Sausage Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb. pork or turkey sausage
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Mix , shape into balls the size of a small walnut. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.Serve warm.
( I have made this recipe a few times . It's quick, easy and a great crowd pleaser. Makes a great appetizer for parties and family get togethers. My guys like them for their little Super Bowl party)

Unbeatable Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons butter
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup real maple syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 purchased unbaked pie crust
In a heavy skillet, melt 2 teaspoons butter over low heat. Add nuts and stir about 5 mintues, or until nuts begin to color.Let cool for 10 minutes. Mix together beaten egg, maple syrup, sugar, 1/3 cup better, vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in nuts. Pour filling into crust, the pecans will float to the top as it bakes. Bake for 45- 50 minutes , or until filling is set, in a 350 degree oven.Transfer pan to a wire rack and cool.
( this is a super recipe and has a good flavor with using the maple syrup instead of corn syrup.It's the best pecan pie I ever tasted! If you like pecan pie, it's a must try recipe.)
